Paul Manship (1885-1966), one of America’s most famous 20th century sculptors, seems to be somewhat unknown in Europe although many people must know his emblematic sculpture of Prometheus above the fountain in front of Rockefeller Center in New York City.
As far as we know, in France only Beaubourg has one example of his work…
